Terms & Privacy Policy

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees on your behalf.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You may not impersonate others, scrape the site, share solutions in bulk, attempt to break authentication or rate limits, or harass other users.

Problems, tags, and answers on the site are provided for personal practice. When you report a problem, you agree that the report (including your username and the reason you submit) is shared with our moderation team so we can act on it.

We may remove or edit content that violates these terms or applicable law.

• No spam, advertising, or off-topic promotion.
• No hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent content in reports or profile fields.
• No automated solving, mass submission, or other abuse of the answer system.
• No attempts to compromise other users' accounts or platform infrastructure.

Accounts that violate these terms may be temporarily or permanently banned. Banned users will be notified in the app and, if they opted into email, by email; each notice includes the reason and, for temporary bans, the expiry.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

• Account data: email, username, display name, optional avatar, country and bio you choose to add.
• Problem activity: answers you submit, problems you solve, bookmark, subscribe to, or report.
• Notification preferences: the in-app and email notification settings you choose.
• Technical data: minimal request logs (timestamp, route, status) used for security and debugging.

We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, save your progress across devices, score your attempts, render the leaderboard, deliver the notifications you opted into, and respond to abuse reports. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising.

Your username, display name, country, avatar, and aggregate stats (points, solved count, streak) are visible to other users on the leaderboard and on your public profile. Email addresses are never public.

Data is hosted on our own secure cloud infrastructure. Transactional emails (sign-in, account, ban, and notification emails you opted into) are delivered through our email provider. We do not transmit your data to other vendors except as needed to run the platform.

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Solved-attempt records and reports may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion in encrypted backups before being purged. Anonymised aggregates (for example, the total number of solvers on a problem) are retained.

From Account Settings you can:

• Edit your profile and notification preferences
• Download a JSON export of everything we store about you
• Permanently delete your account

We use first-party cookies and a small amount of local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
